Enrollment Procedures for High School Students |
Each student should make a formal
application to attend Indian Capital Technology Center. For
high school students:
Applications should be completed at the earliest possible
date and returned to the home school principal or
counselor.
All applications should be checked by the home high school
principal or counselor to insure the application has
been completed. Each student should select three
program choices.
Indian Capital personnel will be available for final
processing, interviewing, and enrolling of students.
Each principal will be contacted to schedule an appropriate
time to finalize the enrollment.
The home high school principal or counselor will receive a
list of the approved applicants, with the subject
areas and sections in which their students have been
enrolled. This will be provided by Indian Capital.

Enrollment Procedures for Adult Students |
All potential adult students must complete the proper
enrollment application
Applicants
must be scheduled for assessment. Various courses require
different batteries of achievement
and aptitude.
Applicants
seeking financial assistance must fill out the financial aid
application and schedule an appointment
with the financial aid advisor.
Assessment interpretations will be scheduled with all
applicants.
All applicants will be interviewed prior to being accepted
for training. Previous educational records,
the application, and evaluation test results will be
reviewed during the interview.
Physicals and entrance examinations are required for
Practical Nursing programs only.
A training agreement will be completed.
Applicants must complete a payment agreement with the
Financial Aid Officer.
If sponsored by an agency, applicant must have a completed
authorization form from the sponsoring
agency.
Individuals will be enrolled in programs in which they
show a reasonable opportunity to achieve
success.
After completing enrollment process, applicant will be
given a starting date to enter the program
and will be advised about the support services available and
attendance requirements for attaining
maximum standards of achievement.
Enrollment will not be finalized until a tuition deposit of
$50.00 has been paid. The deposit may be
waived with approved financial aid award. The deposit is
non- refundable after the beginning class.
Adult students should contact a counselor or student
services representative on their respective campus
